Join Sones de México Ensemble in Chicago's historic Rogers Park neighborhood for a Christmas Posada for the whole family! Featuring members of Sones de Mexico Ensemble and a recital by graduating students from our Mexican Guitar School. We will have a Christmas carol singalong, a piñata, and certificates for the graduates. Bring a dish to share: atole, tamales, cookies, ponche… The event is free and open to the public: friends, families and neighbors are welcome!

Sones de Mexico Ensemble will celebrate a quarter-century of being the nation's preeminent Mexican Folk Music organization and performing ensemble with a FREE concert at the Jay Pritzker Pavillion in Millennium Park in downtown Chicago.
