Sunday mornings, March 9 - June 8

NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE—learn to play guitar and culture history and geography of Mexico in Spanish ONLINE with a Grammy Nominated teacher.

Parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and siblings are encouraged sign up and bond with each other by learning music and culture of Mexico together, even if you live in different cities (or countries)!

Classes are on Sunday mornings on the Zoom video-conferencing app. The course consists of one-hour group lessons. The classes are in Spanish and the repertoire is based on Mexican folk music.

The musical training and theory students receive is applicable to any style of music.

PRIVATE LESSONS—are a good complement to group classes. Take a couple of private lessons to catch with the group if you are falling behind. Perhaps you are interested in working on a particular technique or a song one-on-one.

THIS ONLINE ZOOM CLASS—is a distance-learning option for anyone age 9 and up who has already taken our violin class level 2.  It will focus on more advanced use of the bow, new repertoire, new techniques (scales, arpeggios, and vibrato), and culture, history and geography of Mexico (the presidents and the principal cities).
