Ballet Folklorico Estrella del Mar (BFEDM) will be celebrating its fourth anniversary. Please join them as they showcase the Mexican culture through dance with special live musical performances.

BFEDM is a Mexican Folkloric dance group from St. Mary Star of the Sea School. Founded in August 2015, BFEDM consists of over 60 schoolchildren. In addition to encouraging discipline, teamwork, attention to detail, and an appreciation for the arts, the children learn about their culture through music and dance. They have performed in various festivals and cultural events for the school and their community. They have recently been invited to perform at the Archdiocese of Chicago Annual Celebrating Catholic Education Breakfast and the National Catholic Educational Association Convention.
